When it comes to a wish list for your kid's top summer camp experiences, your young adventurer is probably looking for that magic combination of creative play, learning, exploration, and adventure. For over 30 years, Genesee Country Village & Museum's Summer Camp has welcomed kids ages 4 - 15 into such a world of possibility! At GCV&M Summer Camp,
your kids have a chance to travel in time, help with chores on the farm, and try their hand at making historical recipes on an open hearth. They can learn to play “base ball” by 19th-century rules and try their hand at old-school engineering through historical trades and crafts. Plus, they'll practice outdoor survival skills while learning how to care for our local habitats and the creatures that call these places home! And, of course, kids will set their imaginations free - the Museum is the

Is your little one not quite ready to attend camp by themselves, or are you just looking for a chance for the whole family to join in the camp fun? GCVM has you covered with Family Fun Day Camp on August 26 and 28! Each day will include a fully guided experience, with a variety of activities across the

Kids Free Days – Thursdays in August! Thursdays in August are Kids Free Days at Genesee Country Village & Museum! Kids 12 and under will get an all-access pass to everything the museum has to offer – free of charge. Meet the farmer and learn about animals living on the Early Settlement Farm. Visit the John L. Wehle Gallery to enjoy crafting at the Art Tent. Cool off with an ice cream from the Pavilion Garden

More Family-Friendly Festivals and events coming up soon at GCV&M- National Silver Ball Tournament – On Friday, July 31, Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2, vintage base ball clubs from around the East Coast, and Midwest will visit GCV&M during this exciting weekend to compete in a round-robin tourney.
