Hosted at RIT with the K-12 University Center, Camp Tiger summer camp caters to enthusiastic, hands-on learners in 2nd through 12th grade with programs centered on STEAM. Camp Tiger offers one-week sessions, during the month of July, Monday through Friday.
Each week's programs align with what RIT does best -- inspiring the innovators and makers of tomorrow. Camp Tiger's summer program fees include project-based instruction and materials, family-style buffet lunch at an RIT dining hall, supervised social interaction, and two T-shirts to wear at camp. We are proud to be the largest and oldest summer camp program at RIT.

Looking for an activity to keep your children mentally stimulated while also providing an excellent physical workout? Encourage them to try the Olympic sport of fencing! Explore the heart of the warrior while learning the fundamentals of foil and saber
fencing. Fencing helps young people develop focus, coordination, balance, and endurance and also emphasizes the Olympic values of friendship, respect, and excellence. Children will experience the thrill of swordplay in a safe environment. Suitable for both beginners and those with previous instruction; campers are grouped by age and level of experience.

Lummis, traversing Sodus Bay, this unique day-camp is designed for ages 8-13. At Camp Discovery Days, students will conduct water quality research, track invasive species, learn about the Great Lakes ecosystem and indigenous conservation methods and gain real-world science experience. Spend the summer at Spotlight singing, acting and dancing in these amazing musicals. K-4th graders can participate in “Jungle Book Kids” and Willy Wonka Kids. 4-8th grade productions include Willy Wonka Jr. and Mean Girls Jr. 8-12th graders
are performing “Dear Evan Hansen." The all-ages K-12th grade productions are “The Little Mermaid Jr” and “The Spongebob Musical." Auditions for each production take place the first days of camp after learning audition material. These camps are open to all skill levels. Newcomers will discover the thrill of musical theatre while experienced performers will be challenged to find new skills!

The Strong Museum’s popular summer camp program offers children entering 2nd through 4th grades an engaging, museum-wide adventure that blends hands-on learning, creativity, and active play. Each themed week invites campers to explore new ideas and

Register your child for the University of Rochester Warner School of Education and Human Development’s Annual Young Writers Summer Camp, tailored to students in grades 6–12, who love to write and want to spend time with like-minded peers practicing
different kinds of writing. New York State-certified teachers provide instruction on multiple writing strategies during the weeklong camp, held August 3–7, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in LeChase Hall on the University of Rochester’s River Campus. USA Ninja Challenge Rochester is a youth fitness facility where kids train on exciting obstacle courses inspired by shows like American Ninja Warrior. Classes, camps, and birthday parties combine elements of gymnastics, climbing, track-and-field, and
