Our Kids Theatre Summer Camp introduces young actors to the basics of theatre in a supportive and playful environment. Bricks ROC! offers creative, hands-on LEGO® building classes during school breaks. Each week-long class focuses on a single themed project, giving builders time to plan, build, refine, and gain confidence in creating their own MOCs (My Own Creations). Builders learn LEGO® terminology and building techniques while strengthening problem-solving skills, creativity, and independent thinking. Summer Circuits with Brooklyn Robot Foundry is a hands-on summer experience where kids design, build, and play with robots all week long. Dick’s House of Sport is gearing up for an unforgettable summer with high‑energy camps designed to build athletic skills, confidence, teamwork, and leadership. Kids ages 6–13 can explore a variety of sports each week, including running with Girls on the Run, soccer with Flower City Union, baseball and softball, football skills and drills, and lacrosse. Camps run Monday through Thursday from 9:30am to 12:30pm and are led by passionate teammates and trusted local partners. Get ready for high-energy fun at Dynamic Movement Gym’s Parkour Adventure Summer Camps! Kids ages 6–12 can build strength, confidence, and creativity while learning parkour skills on custom obstacles, steel bars, and jungle-gym-style setups with expert coaches. Camps run Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm (drop-off 8:45–9am, pickup 3–3:15pm) at 1344 University Ave during three sessions: July 27–31, August 3–7, and August 10–14. Each week is limited to 16 campers to ensure personalized coaching and plenty of movement games and challenges. In its 30th year, Geva’s Summer Academy is a five-week professional theatre training program for up to 30 selected young actors, ages 12 to 18, who wish to explore, define and develop the actor in themselves. Open to students of all levels of theatre experience, Summer Academy will provide process-centered training in intimate classes taught by theatre professionals.
