Preschool (age 3) through 8th grade students are invited to Summer in the City at St. Paul’s Episcopal Day School, running June 1–July 31. This is not your average summer program. From Lego Builders and Disney Baking to Minecraft STEM Building, Mystery

A to Z Artistry KC hosts a variety of seasonal art camps throughout the year. Activities are designed to engage kids ages 5-14. These three hour camps are theme based, with each camper bringing home 1 to 3 projects per day. In order to prioritize the
comfort and creative success of participants, campers are sorted by age to ensure each group receives age and skill level appropriate content. The Early Elementary age bracket includes children 5-9 years old. The Intermediate age bracket includes children 10-14 years old. Supplies and materials are provided by A to Z Artistry.

Camp MITIOG is a week-long camp for children ages 8-16 living with spina bifida. It is accredited by the American Camp Association and has been held each summer since 1969. During their week of camp, children participate in camping activities including
swimming, fishing, canoeing, arts and crafts, nature classes, classes on self-help medical care and evening campfires. Camp MITIOG is held at Lake Doniphan Conference and Retreat Center which is located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri and provides a wheelchair accessible environment.
