For years, Cranbrook Schools Summer Camps have been a tradition of fun and learning for campers of all ages. Hosted across our beautiful, historic campus, our hands-on summer programs offer a true Cranbrook experience through its multi-activity traditional camps and specialty camps in Art, Robotics, Sports, STEM, Theatre, and Writing.

Explore the world of forging through the Forging Foundation’s two-day Forge the Future Summer Camp. Students 11-15 years old will have the opportunity to tour a forging facility, participate in STEAM and team building activities, and learn how to forge. Plus, campers will get to take home their own forging!

Crazy about animals? Check out Camp PAWS Jr. (Pets Are Worth Saving) at the Humane Society of Huron Valley! This animal-themed camp consists of five fun-filled days that will surely make your tail wag. From June 1st-5th, 9 a.m. -12 p.m. each day will include humane education lessons on animal care and safety around animals, daily visits with adoptable animals, a snack provided by HSHV, and stories, games and crafts. Designed for children ages 4-5, campers will engage in activities that will help to prepare them to become responsible and compassionate future pet owners! Fee: $160 per camper, which includes a paw-tastic Camp PAWS t-shirt!

Join us for summer fun at the JCC's Camp Raanana and Camp Globetrotters!   Located at the Cedar Lake Outdoor Center in Chelsea, Camp Raanana features old forest paths for nature walks and outdoor sports, an archery range and, of course, the famous waterfront right on Little Cedar Lake where campers can swim, kayak, fish and more.     We're also excited to introduce Camp Globetrotters this summer! This camp will take place at the JCC facility and offers two different programs to choose from - sports and cooking!    Though our camps have Jewish roots, all are welcome, regardless of faith or background.

Join us this year for another exciting year of Spark! Camps at the Michigan Science Center. Campers will explore Mi-Sci’s 220+ interactive exhibits, engage in immersive theater experiences, and investigate fascinating science phenomena through hands-on activities and experiments.

All aspects of the game are covered and the instruction is kept simple, fun and relaxed with games and contests. Camps begin with the basic fundamentals of the golf grip, stance, posture, aim alignment and moves through the swing plane and motion. Youngsters will be taught lessons in fairness, perseverance, self-control and self-esteem that will help them long after they have left the instruction tee. Camp includes; camp shirt, lunch, on-course instruction, practice balls, range use, essential gift bag, certificate reduced green fees all season, use of equipment (if needed), games, prizes and awards! Space is limited to 14 participants. Camps are Non-refundable.

This is “Detroit Basketball” at its best. For boys and girls of all skill levels, Pistons Academy camps are designed to teach kids how to be a champion both on and off the basketball court. Camp will consist of fundamental skill-development in the morning and NBA-themed games and competitions during the afternoon. In addition to becoming a better basketball player, campers will enjoy guest appearances from current and/or former Pistons players (If/when available, but not guaranteed), a high-flying dunk performance by the Pistons Extreme Team, and a spectacular awards ceremony on the final day of camp.  Our one-of-a kind coaching staff is excited to deliver an experience that only the Detroit Pistons can provide!

Join us for Spinning Dot Theatre’s 2026 Summer Camps! Spinning Dot camps are a revolutionary way of engaging in global theatre. Young artists explore movement, music, visual arts, languages and the theatre process from idea to production. The culmination of each Spinning Dot camp is a performance, crafted from top to bottom by the young people and including acting, choreography, lighting, set design, costumes, and more! THF Summer Camp offers a one-week experience, running Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Extended Care is available for added flexibility. Camp levels are designed for grades 2-7. Campers should be registered for the grade they will enter in the fall of 2026.
